Agility: ability to move quickly and easily.
ELABORATE
● Read Fido’s Bio below.
● Show the Pitbull dog poster and ask students if they see any similarities to the Fitness DAWGS Fido.
Fido is an extremely athletic Pitbull dog with the strength of a bulldog and agility of a terrier. He loves cycling, lifting weights, and running. Fido has great leadership skills that motivate his friends to keep their spirits high and join him in his work outs.
